Polyester Single Jacketed Forestry Hose

Our Type 187 forestry hose is a lightweight, all-synthetic fire hose featuring a durable polyurethane lining within a polyester jacket. It is engineered to meet USDA Forest Service Specification 5100- 187 for “Synthetic Lined” fire hoses. The hose is available in two styles: BlazeLine™ 7 and BlazeLine™ 8. Both styles are offered in 50’ or 100’ lengths, with your choice of aluminum rocker lug or 1/4-turn forestry couplings. The Type 187 forestry hose meets or exceeds the lightweight requirements outlined in its specifications, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.

  • BlazeLine™ 7 is designed for traditional Type l specifications.
  • BlazeLine™ 8 meets the new Type ll specification and boasts mildew-resistant properties to 
    eliminate the need for drying. 
  • Optional Dura-Cote™ protective treatment (BlazeLine™ 8 only).
  • Hose remains flexible at temperatures of -40°F (-40°C) to 150° F (65°C).
  • Manufactured in accordance with NFPA 1960 Standard, latest edition within our ISO-9001:2015 certified quality assurance system.
