Our Microsoft IIS Web Server collects normal browser log information. We generate private usage statistics from this log.

Group 2 – “PDF Contact Form”
We collect the following information:

  • User’s Job Title
  • Organization Name
  • Mailing address
  • Business telephone numbers
  • Online Address Information

This data will be used for the following purposes:

  • Contacting visitors for marketing of services or products. The user must opt-in to this usage.
  • Telemarketing. The user must opt-in to this usage.

This data will be used by ourselves and our agents.

The following explanation is provided for why this data is collected:
Users of snaptitehose.com may request detailed PDF literature. We request contact information at this time to qualify if and when a customer would like to be contacted by Snap-tite Hose to aid in sales, service, or support. We use a cookie to record when a user’s contact information was last submitted. A user is asked to update their contact information once each year. No user identification is stored in the cookie. No user data is available to view or edit online.
