6T HOSE
A Premium Double Jacket Hose With Superior Performance
The choice for mission-critical firefighting performance, 6T hose is a double jacket military-grade fire hose constructed with 100% high tensile strength polyester yarn with a thermoplastic polyurethane liner for reduced weight and kink-resistance. 6T meets all the requirements of NFPA 1961 Standard and Mil Std. 24606B for potable water transfer or fuel transfer. The optional Dura-Cote™ treatment greatly increases abrasion, heat, flame and petrochemical resistance while virtually eliminating water pick-up. When treated, 6T is protected from mildew and no drying is required, making it easy to manage on the fireground.
- Durable. Sets the standard for high-quality, double jacket, lightweight attack hose.
- Added Reinforcement. Optional Dura-Cote™ protective treatment extends the life of the hose, greatly increases abrasion, heat, flame and petrochemical resistance and eliminates water pick-up.
- Flexible. Hose remains flexible to temperatures as low as -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 65°C) and is designed to totally eliminate deterioration by ozone.
- Versatile. Polyurethane lining material meets NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for drinking water and can be used as a hydrant or water main bypass in an emergency situation.
- Meets Specifications. 6T hose meets MIL-SPEC A-A-59226.
- Certified. Manufactured in accordance with NFPA 1961 Standard, latest edition within our ISO-9001 certified quality assurance system.
